Does anybody have a copy of the actual news article that talks about the WT paying 16 child abuse victims $12.5 million? I know I read it and I've scoured the internet looking for it. I've found articles that mention the 16 victims but not the amount of the payout. Is this because of the gag order awarded? I think the article I read was from a Memphis or Nashville source. Thanks.

The monetary figures were not public. If my memory serves me correctly, Barbara Anderson has information regarding the $$$.

One news article explains one of the settlements. The Tennessee article mentions the $12.5 million settlement.

there is no article stating 16 victims settled for 12.5million. What happned was the court accidently leaked to barb the amount paid to one of the victims...roughly 750,000 dollars. Multiply this by 16 and you get the 12.5 million
