The next time you hear a politician use the
word 'billion' in a casual manner, think about whether you want the
'politicians' spending YOUR tax money
A billion is a difficult number to comprehend,
but one advertising agency did a good job of
putting that figure into some perspective in
one of it's releases.

A billion dollars ago was only

at the rate our government
is spending it.
While this thought is still fresh in our brain...
let's take a look at New Orleans ....
It's amazing what you can learn with some simple division

250 BILLION DOLLARS
to rebuild New Orleans .. Interesting number...
what does it mean?

(every man, woman, and child)
you each get $516,528.

Or... if you have one of the 188,251 homes in
New Orleans , your home gets $1,329,787.

Or... if you are a family of four...
your family gets $2,066,012.
Imagine, now $700 billion bailing out banks in the US . That's enough to
fund complete medical care for every man, woman and child currently alive
in the US for 11 years!!

I kind of have the "billion" down now. Just trying to get a handle on a "trillion." "Trillion" is getting thrown out there quite a bit.

The problem is a billion dollars is not a billion dollars. The value of our dollar is only worth 12 cents compared to what it was worth 100 years ago. The more you do research into the fiat currency scandal the more you see how screwed our future is if we don't change it.

Here's a good way to imagine a trillion dollars. Suppose you have a trillion dollars in a stack of one million dollar bills. You peel off 500 million dollar bills and proceed to spend it on trips around the world, luxury homes all over the world, your own private island, your own private jet, furs, diamonds,, a stable of every luxury and exotic car imaginable, fancy clothes and slew of full time servants. You still have millions and millions left over from your original 500,000,000 million dollars. When you run out of that five hundred million dollars you return to your stack of million dollar bills.
Your stack of million dollar bills still has nine hundred ninty-nine MILLION, five hundred thousand of those MILLION dollar bills left.
