Where did noah's boys find two suitable girls, especially when their parents apparently were not Godly.

Noa has 3 boys not 2. It means it will be necessary to find 3 good wives for his boys with the problem cited by booby

They picked them up at the last District Assembly before the Flood.

Noah "disfelloshipped" the girls' parents shortly before they embarked.

Probably Noah's daughters. Incest was all the rage back then!

It could have been cousins. Noah's father Lamech is described as a man of faith. While few are listed as faithful in the Bible during the flood, not everyone was described as evil.

A descendant of Seth; son of Methuselah and father of Noah. (Ge 5:25, 28, 29; 1Ch 1:1-4) The lifetimes of this Lamech and Adam likewise overlapped. Lamech had faith in God, and after calling his son’s name Noah (probably meaning "Rest; Consolation"), he uttered the words: "This one will bring us comfort from our work and from the pain of our hands resulting from the ground which Jehovah has cursed." (Ge 5:29) These words found fulfillment when the curse on the ground was lifted during Noah’s lifetime. (Ge 8:21) Lamech had other sons and daughters. He lived 777 years, dying about five years before the Flood. (Ge 5:30, 31) His name is listed in the genealogy of Jesus Christ at Luke 3:36.

Back in the 1920's the Watchtower revised the novel "Seola" and reissued it as "Angels and Women" because this work, though fiction, agrees with much of their doctrines. Its a story of one of Noah's daughters-in-law. Its been a few years since I read the book, but I believe it tells part of the story how she met Noah's son Japheth.
