  Does any one have any scans of letters to the BOE for 1999.I need to check on something but my collection of scans doesnt include 1999.Thanks

  The scans I have cover a span of years including 1999, but they aren't sorted by year, but rather by category. If you could let us know which you are looking for it may be easier to help you out.
