My sister lives in Madrid and I have a standing invite. I will have to go there and see if it is run any better than how America has been mismanaged and then I will get back to you on this.
It's also a policy here is South Africa - and I do think that women in power provides a balance of sots, plus the subjects of that country see democracy in it's finest. Our vice president is a woman and I have a lot of respect for her - she handles herself very well.
It would appear that Alaska got it right. Wonderful place, too!
