A Twisted Trinity: Jah, "the Christ", and the FDS

According to WTS, the line of of deities seem to be:

    God has a name...Jehovah

his son just has a position...called "the Christ"

(doesn't often seem to be referred to by name. Psychologically, a "position only" identity makes him something of a non-entity...like "the secretary" or "the janitor"....according to WTS, hardly significant enough to use his name)

but everyone is instructed to obey the Ferrel Discreet Slave.

Isn't this a convoluted trinity of sorts?

    Who trumps who?

Who has actually seen this "FDS"?

Who are the FDS and who gives them their power?

What happened to "having no other gods".....wasn't that a commandment?

Are we down to only 8 commandments now? (sabbath is scratched off, too, you know)

Hi tula - The FDS certainly act as if they have the same authority as Jehovah and act as if they can replace Jesus as mediator. A very twisted interpretation of the Trinity from that view point.

Didn't the JWs suck in a lot of folks with the "importance" of using God's name because "God" was just a title?

Now, God's son isn't even worthy of a name, but instead is used as a title "the Christ".
