  Solid evidence of 1975 growth spurt. And it appears the 1975 effect DID start in 1966.

  Belief in the significance of 1975 was strong. They claim this was not encouraged. But they couldn't have been ignorant of the nice effect it was having on their members. They certainly didn't consider discouraging it - UNTIL 1975.
