If you, as a JW, say that you worship God, not an organization, then why do you somtimes round in your own favor on your monthly time report?

If you, as a JW, say that you worship God, not an organization, then why do you somtimes round in your own favor on your monthly time report?
I never did that as an active JW - but then again maybe this is why I am no longer an active JW.
