Long before the likes of Watchtower apologetics, Timothy White and Greg Stafford, and before the likes of e-watchman and TWMC there was Frank Earl Scott, a dentist who believed in his heart that Jehovah's Witnesses were the true Israel of God, and attempted to prove it.
He wrote a few books, most on prophecy, he predicted armageddon for 1970 and when it didn't happen he was disfellowshipped, talk about double standards. eh?
