WT Society SEC Records : Hedge Funds, Cayman Islands, Financial Losses - Links
by flipper inso my wife and i were curious so i researched some financial links and found records indicating that the wt society has been operating at a loss since the year 2012. as you read the links it shows a loss of 10 million $$$ in 2012, about 16 million $$$ in 2013, and a whopping loss of 56 million $$$ in 2014 - where the expenditures exceeded the revenues for each of those years in the amount i've mentioned.
also there is a link on this same website with the sec records indicating that the wt society and it's representatives funneled 40 million $$$$ into hedge funds in the cayman islands as early as 2007. if you look online on other sites you can see evidence that indicates the wt society attended hedge fund conferences to look into more shadiness in 2011 and isn't it curious that by 2012 the wt society started showing losses.
anyway here is the link : https://www.watchtowerlies.com/the_watchtower_revenue.html .. feel free to check this link out and other links on that link indicating the cayman island connection.

Im dont claim to be a stock expert, but I do my share of investing and you usually only lose money when you withdraw, that is unless you are investing in very high risk or fraudulent funds which can quickly go to zero.
So if this is true, the society is either investing the dedicated funds in extremely high risk endeavors, or is financially incompetent. Maybe someone who knows the market better than me can explain further or correct me.

Britain Branch Construction - UPDATE
by The Searcher indefinitely something going in the london bethel.. i thought i'd ask them again (and record it again) what the situation was regarding the new britain branch construction work.. i got the same sister (debbie) and here is how the conversation went: .
me: i've been told that construction of the new branch has been stopped - is this true?.
debbie: no, it has not ceased, it's carrying on as normal - can i ask where you're calling from?.

Eden that makes the most sense. Perhaps they dont need as large of a dining hall and laundry services as we have heard, and now need to make more room for personal laundromats and whatever else is changing. -

>And I think it's hilarious that the issue of "a private message staying private" is being hotly debated on a thread about life in bethel--the land of no privacy.
seriously. Hey, Morpheus I am mad that you are risking outing yourself by giving you personal information in a thread that is not about me at all.
Seriously Fisherperson, Morpheus did nothing to harm you, he simply shared himself with all. Now if you have more personal information you wanted to share with him, I guarantee you that he would not have posted it here. There is a huge gigantic difference between the two and I can't believe that there even needs to be a discussion on it.
Fisherperson if you have more questions about bethel that you want a private discussion of, and you don't trust Morpheus for some reason fell free to PM me and I'll do my best to answer and ill keep it to PM, but honestly it seems you are making a mountain out of a molehill. Nothing personal about you was disclosed here. I was there in the early 2000s in Brooklyn. Waaay back when we paid for text messaging.

107 was nice. It was all young guys and we handled our own problems. They closed it down around 2003 to remodel it, thats why i had to move. 124 had too many heavies and you would get in trouble for everything. I was way down at the end by that old tiny elevator that got stuck if you moved too much while it was going up. -

G jobs Morpheus. Also parents sent me $100 a month and I had a car and a close congo so I actually made money off having a car and doing airport runs. Gotta hustle to survive, I owed Bethel money most months because I hated most of their food and cooked on a hotplate and convection oven in my room. Lived in 107 till they remodeled it and then was in a nice room in 124. I actually had one of the huge rooms down around the corner in 107 to myself for almost 6 months before Mark Alba finally made me get a roomate. -

They announced disfelowshippings from bethel at the morning worship table. Carey Barber once read one and threw the paper down and said "GOOD RIDDANCE". Hell I was there when they announced the UN NGO from the table. I was there on 9/11. They totally played that like it was gonna kickstart the great tribulation.
I was there during all the layoffs starting around 2003 when they started moving the factory to Walkill. Saw a lot of lifelong bethelites get the boot. CBGB was a great place to go drink and listen to music. So was Continental, Water Street Bar down in Dumbo had great deals on Monday nights and I would skip WT study to go get 2 for 1 burgers and beers. Pete's was a great bar on Atlantic near Furman that had Ostrich burgers and buffalo Calamari and introduced me to micro-brewers. Touring the brooklyn brewers so many times they started just giving me beer soon as i showed up.
