Where to begin?? Late 50s or early 60s witnesses knocked on our door in West Seattle. Our family began a bible study. I bit the hook, at about age 14. Took it very seriously. Pioneered.......but then luckily made 'worldy' friends. Disfellowshipped I think! Who cares. After many years of knowing no one else in this position I type in the word 'disfellowshipped' or 'ex jw' on a yahoo search. A river flowed out. I would hope I could help lift the fog for many old friends I am thinking about. I was in the southwest Seattle Kingdom Hall. I feel terrible for dragging a very good girlfriend out of college into the fog. She was a pioneer - or is - in Spain. Forgive me Terri. Isn't life great outside of this poor deluded group.
