What does celebrating wedding anniversaries and having baby showers have to do with celebrating birthdays? Wedding anniversaries are to celebrate an accomplishment as what celebrations are for. Celebrating the anniversary of one's birth is not an accomplishment. Especially for children.

The day of the actual wedding ceremony there is a celebration/reception. What accomplishment is there for yearly celebrating that day again?

Why do JWs have baby shower celebrations? Isn't that actually a pre-birthday celebration?

(Food, cake, games with friends and family. Gifts for child in mom's belly who is about to be born.)

the july 2025 watchtower has a paragraph that claims that it was the superior power and wisdom of jehovah that guided the gb into allowing jws to grow beards.. the study article is ‘can you still learn from basic bible teachings?’ under the subheading ‘jehovah is the creator’ paragraph 7 states-.

how exactly did jehovah come down to earth in 1919....look around at all the religions....and choose the bible students?

That set the preaching work.
Jesus chose them because of that. He didn't judge based on correct doctrine on everything or whether they celebrated Christmas at that time. He knew they would fix what was wrong.

What evidence is there that Jesus chose them then or any time since?

When are they going to fix what they have wrong?

this is not a Watchtower Study Article,

Everything is a WT study article if it is from the WT, and they use it to study/teach their teachings.

Every current active JW with a blood card that has a new study will read/study a WT publication that addresses blood transfusions, prior to any new ones being baptized. What does it matter if the publication is a recent monthly WT study article?

No matter what the last date is of the printed book/brochure that they use in a current study, it does not matter if it is an old, dated publication, if they use it currently to teach, then it is still a current teaching being taught in 2025.
