Scholar always responds but will not respond to nonsense. Can you provide ONE line of evidence that disproves 607 BCE?

Scholar you are so foolish. What I want you to respond about the 42 months/6th trumpet and 7th trumpet/1914, is the whole basis the WTS tries to use the year 607. Talking about the 6th and 7th trumpet does disprove 607 and all that is calculated from that date.

[rs - Revelation 11:2, 3 clearly states that 42 months (3 1/2 years) in that prophecy are counted as 1,260 days. Seven years would be twice that, or 2,520 days. Applying the “day for a year” rule would result in 2,520 years. When did the counting of the “seven times” begin? After Zedekiah, the last king in the typical Kingdom of God, was removed from the throne in Jerusalem by the Babylonians. (Ezek. 21:25-27) Finally, by early October of 607 B.C.E. the last vestige of Jewish sovereignty was gone.]

“Seven times” = 7 X 360 = 2,520 years
A Biblical “time,” or year = 12 X 30 days = 360. (Rev. 11:2, 3; 12:6, 14)

If you believe all that, fine, but the problem is they say the 2,520 years end in 1914, but in the 51WT they claim in 1918 is when the 7th trumpet was blown, after the 42 months. So, they are short by 4 years. Seems they have to start from 611 B.C.E. to make 2,524 years to arrive at 1918, therefore showing 607 to be the wrong year to start from.

If you stick with 607 to arrive at 1914 and say that that is when the 7th trumpet was blown as the 02WT claims, then you still have to deal with the 42 months, being that the 7th trumpet blows AFTER the 42 months as the 51WT says.

The time you spent replying what you did, you could have just written how you would spell the other name.

And for the purpose of this topic, two things that I agree with JWs on is:

1. The Northerner/locusts in Joel are not JWs.

2. The UN has to be given power in the future by the nations before they will turn on BTG, etc.

My thinking is the only thing that would cause the nations to give their power to the UN is WW3.

The UN already warns about the need for this now...

The WTS needs 607 to get to 1914.

They need 1914 to claim a 42-month cleansing took place during 1914-1918.

They need 1914-1918 to claim that as a result of that period of cleansing they were in line to be appointed the F&DS in 1919.

607/587/586/539/537/70 years/2,520 years/7 times/1914/1918, means nothing to the WTS other than to use/twist those dates/years in order to perpetrate the LIE that they were appointed in 1919.

The fact is the 42 months they said took place during 1914-1918 did not take place then. They have not occurred yet, still future. That means there is no basis for claiming they were appointed in 1919. Therefore, debating about 70 year/607, etc...in meaningless. No matter the truth of when those years/events took place does not change that the WTS was not appointed in 1919.

The Scriptures show that the 42 months occur during the 6th trumpet/2nd woe. Then after the 2nd woe ends, the 7th trumpet/3rd woe comes.

Like everything with the WTS, they LIE and twist what they say.

Let's say that is true. Well then that would mean the 42 months (6th trumpet/2nd woe) would have to have occurred starting in April 1911 to Oct 1914.

But NOOO, the WTS claims the 42 months 2nd woe occurred Oct 1914-April 1918. Okay, let's say that is true. Well then that would mean the 7th trumpet/3rd woe occurred in April 1918 after the 42 months.

Believe it or not the WTS actually have said that. This is because they know the 3rd woe comes after the 2nd, and they claim the 42 months of that 2nd woe ended in 1918.

Jeremiah is simply stating the fact that Neb took a number of Jews into exile on three different occasions during Neb's reign. Read into this what you will.

There is nothing to read from it other than:

Some Jews were in servitude to Babylon for 81 years. (618-537) Jeremiah 52:28

Some were for 70 years. (607-537) Jeremiah 52:29

Some were for 65 years. (602-537) Jeremiah 52:30

And the most the land could have been desolated-empty of its inhabitants, is for 65 years. (602-537)

So much for this statement by you:

Jer. 25: 11 does not clearly emphasise Babylon's supremacy. The verse clearly states the duration of Judah's servitude to Babylon for 70 years and in context with the vss. 9-11 along with Judah's servitude its Land would also be desolated-empty of its inhabitants etc. for the exact period of 70 years as confirmed by later writers of the 70 years such as Ezra and Daniel.

Well, there we have it, you are in check, because you claim that happen in 607 (Neb's 18th year) to 537. But here we read in Nebs 23rd year (602) the land was not 'desolated-empty of its inhabitants'.

[Jeremiah 52:29 In the 18th year of Neb·u·chad·nezʹzar, 832 people were taken from Jerusalem.]

[Jeremiah 52:30 In the 23rd year of Neb·u·chad·nezʹzar, Neb·uʹzar·adʹan the chief of the guard took Jews into exile, 745 people. In all, 4,600 people were taken into exile.]

So, I guess you need to change your version of the 70 years to 602-532, not 607-537.

Did you know that scholars also date the 70 years from 605 BCE and not 609 BCE?

Your WTS cited 'The Babylonian Chronicle B.M. 21901', that shows in the 17th year under Babylonian king Nabopolassar, Harran fell ending the Assyria empire in 609.

They (WTS) also cited the Nabunaid Chronicle, which gives the date for the fall of Babylon in 539.

I don't care who dates what from 605, I said nothing in that last post about Jeremiah 25:11,12 and those 70 years. I simply showed based on what the WTS cited, that 609 to 539 is 70 years.
