Probability of Earth and life being how it is

there are some things we don't know about existence and whether the earth is a simulation or even a creation.

but we can do some statistical analysis on it.. the probability of a planet like earth existing in the goldilocks zone and having a moon that perfectly eclipses the sun is extremely low, but it's not impossible.

the habitable zone (or goldilocks zone) around a star is the region where a planet could potentially support liquid water on its surface.

Ballistic, there is an awful lot more to this fine tuning lark that the things that you mention . Atmospheric pressure for one thing needed to be exactly right.

There is a book called The Improbable Planet written by an astrophysicist called Hugh Ross which describes how Earth got to be called The Goldilocks Planet.

It's very sciency ( technical term ) and much of it went over my head . However well worth a delve into if this interests you as the amount of fine tuning needed is mind blowing .

I mean that Mr Trump himself has personally pardoned people who took part in criminal activities on Jan 6th 2021 . However because they were acting on his behalf that's OK.

The hypocrisy is breath taking. People are happy to turn a blind eye to that.

Again l am thinking about JWs who moan about " organised " religion. It doesn't seem to occur to them that the WT is one of THE most organised religions in the sense of how they regulate every aspect of people's lives .

However that isn't anything to do with your point about about child abuse , or is it ?

They seem to get followers so far under the thumb that the rank and file are conditioned to " do and not question " in every aspect of , well , everything.
