Have JEHOVAH ever supported WARS between his WORSHIPPERS?

jehovah's witnesses used to state other christian denominations go to war and in fact that their religious leaders bless such wars.

they see this as one reason why all other christian denominations are not true christians since they kill one another at war and therefore they don't love one another as stated by jesus in john 13: 34,35.. for example when a roman catholic go to war, he/she is bound to kill a fellow roman catholic in the cause of the war.

therefore roman catholic can't be true christians since its member don't love one another and kill one another at war and as such god cannot be in support of such wars where his worshippers kill one another.. the question that comes for consideration is, has jehovah ever supported wars between his own worshippers?.

fts: I am just stating the facts as the account unfolds. 100ds of thousands of woman have died like that since 1937, the start of ww II, and we are supposed to have evolved since the time of the judges.

The account supposedly proofread by the creator of the universe makes no apologies for the total loss of life. in this incident all confined to the 13 tribes. & territory.

If there is a kernel of truth to the scriptures, the morals of the story is, -- expect massive loss of life if you abuse woman or it happens in your territory. thank you.

assume that the bible account was meant by the ultimate editor to read like it does. think of the victim.

the account teaches that the precious life of a woman, brought to a terrible end like that, will be avenged by the elimination of tens of thousands that by associating were connected to it.

the idea that only 144,000 would be in the New Covenant is a huge distortion of what the NT teaches. Bc

The new covenant is not the kingdom covenant.

The new covenant is for forgiveness of sin. foe all.

kingdom and levitical covenant for specific functions.

like israel, all were in the law covenant, only Juda and Levi in the davidic & levitical covenants.

The beneficiary among the Rev 7 sealed ones are Joseph and Ephraim. the double inheritors.

Partaking in wt land is equated with membership in the 144 000 remnant.

John 6, and Jesus' serving the bread and wine to people with an earthly hope shows that

wt is totally wrong that the anointed and partaking are exclusively inked.

partaking is to get the ransom, which is to restore paradise-like perfection.

all christians should partake.

being sealed out of that pool, is a confidential matter for some angels.

The interdiction by wt to freely take of the bread and wine deprives jws of the ransom and eternal life.

A school for partakers? yeah, let them learn, teach them the 3 Rs, to really read , reason on their bibles,

Eternity...with or without Jehovah?

do jw's believe that when they finally make it to the paradise earth, that jehovah will continue to dwell in heaven?

basically, that they will not get to be with jehovah forever?

if this is the case, does this bother faithful jws?.

S welcome here. One ides that wt has of "heaven" is spelled out in the current weekly study of the "restore worship" book; The chariot, with Holy spirit suspension. a magical world with 6 winged, 4 faced angels.

Most jws do not believe they will ever enter there. only 12 dozen thousands will go close to Jesus, and then even higher to the father.

Personally, it is anyone's guess what the details are for a domain before creation, where we are certain that only uncreated energy and endless time existed. energytime in timespace.

If understood that way, the 144,000 are martyrs (Rev 6:11). Which, by implication, means that none of the GB, past or present, are of that group.

good point Bc. to hammer that home, Rev 20:3 stipulates that those that rule with Christ are killed by the axe.

no morphine-soothed drifting off in brooklyn or warwick. No higher calling for past presidents either.

the first will be last.

i was wondering can jw live there and still be in a good standing?

I once gave a "public talk" on a remote Dew line (Norad) base, that a jw spouse had advertised to be held at her home.

The Trolley Problem

so you've probably heard of the ethical dilemma question which is a thought-experiment where you imagine there is a runaway train-trolley, a junction with a lever that you can pull and two tracks - one with 5 workers on it and another with just 1, but no way to warn them.. all you can do is pull the lever, or not, thus allowing 5 people to die or through your direct action sacrificing 1 to save them.. what should you do?.

this sort of thing may seem silly but it comes up in real life.

should a self-driving car for instance, faced with a certain collision, chose which pedestrians to run over?

Rm 123. Yes in a case like that it not time for philosophizing, hand wringing. open the gap in the rails. better yet if the trolley was full of women and children on the way to Auschwitz, letting them disperse into the woods.

here is my take on the moral of the [exaggerated] story.

Having been witness to events like that, and having actually lost a close relative as a result of mass rapes: -----

I if your relatives commit crimes like that, if you raised such a criminal if you did not stop crimes in your midst like that, you bear co-responsibility

2. if you were not prompt to eliminate these enemies that hurt woman like that .

you deserve to be eliminated. period.

if that can be done by you all killing yourself, so much the better. have a civil war over an uncivilized crime.

my solution would be to jam the switch half open, the lever ( as I remember them from the 1930s, , were heavily weighted. you would have to hold them in the up, half open position, otherwise they would fall to either left or right).

that way, the rails jammed, , the trolley would derail, missing the six, letting all live.
