Pass on cars to attend Assemblies?

i have just read a post about february 2025 (i suppose) announcements in italy saying that from now on at assemblies they need a pass, given by elders, to put on cars.. is that possible/true?.

They need to be a legal entity for human law: but which law?

i could be mr. green and, due to mistrust considering the times and what is happening, study with the jws as mr. brown.. get baptized as mr. brown.. become one of their congregation elders as mr. brown.. etc.

etc.. all this since i am not required to provide any signature and/or document to identify myself as mr. brown.. are they complying with human law?

Why do exJWs sign disassociation letters?

by law, they ask you to sign to leave a society/organization when, by the same law, they do not ask you to sign to join it.. imagine being in court with a representative of the jws.. the judge asks you: "are you a jw?"..

you could respond: "let them prove it!"..

question: how would they prove it?

You could respond: "Let them prove it!".
Question: How would they prove it? With a card filled out by them with a baptism date written by them, when you might have still been a minor without your signature (which as a minor had no legal value) and without your parents' signatures? Decades might have passed: where and how would they retrieve the evidence?
So any society/organization could claim with a card written by them that I am one of their members: would that be sufficient for a judge? I doubt it!
But a DA letter becomes the signed proof that you were a member, instead!
In the end, though, everyone is free to do as they see fit!
If I am wrong, correct me, please.

If the Presidents of Russia and USA have free will, they can push a button and kill 8 billions of people using all the available nuclear weapons they control. Will God prevent that? If so, do they really have free will? Why to give your creatures free will if you prevent your creatures from using it since you are Almighty and you can fix everything they do?
Since nobody is convinced to be in the wrong, 8 billions of people are mislead to death because of Satan's free will to lie to them. Why does God not prevent Satan from using his free will to bring 8 billions of people to death as He does from using nuclear weapons to kill the same amount of people?
If everything involves God's will, why does God's will let His creatures use free will (He gave them) in the second case and not in the first one?
