Firstly criminally and suing cannot go together as it is up to a court of law to judge whether one is a criminal or not.
Secondly, as you live in Croatia and this picture is taken outside a Kingdom Hall in Wimslow - 1.174 miles away I believe this does not constitute as stalking. Of course, as you do seem to have a very real attachment to your old life, I suppose in your mind this could be classed as stalking. Good luck with trying to criminally sue for this though.
Thirdly, seeing a bully who has gone out of his way to destroy other people through canceling and doxing being cornered and lashing out is glorious. Karma is a bitch.

He should come here to Malta. The justice system is corrupt, quite a lot of Maltese have a victim complex and blame everyone but themselves. "It's not my fault" is part of their vocabulary.
He's in the wrong place, he would feel quite at home here and I'm sure he would find a great lawyer too. Although he would probably have to wait a few years, as the justice system here is rather slow to non-existent.

He will not reach that age if he carries on the way he does, it only takes one equally deranged psycho to react as he has and it would be game over for him. He is clearly demonstrating he has absolutely no self-control at all and unfortunately that can only lead to disaster in the long run.

Kim if I was you I would put the authorities on alert regarding his statement. He is a very dangerous person and he has threatened to pursue you in Australia. You have every right to take his statement to the police as he sounds more like an obsessed psycho than anything else.
I cannot believe what I have just read, this needs to be shared far and wide for everyone to see before he deletes it, because he will definitely delete this rant eventually as he always does.
