Yeah, but I do want to get DF'd and be talked to as little as possible, in other words try to not meet the next time as much as possible, but being polite and direct which I'm not sure how to do. Or maybe not direct, but I want it to be clear.

How to politely refuse a last chance meeting with the elders?
by bottleofwater inthe elders are giving me a chance to meet up with them a last time in order to try to prevent a disfellowshipping.
one of the elders will call me in two days to see what i think because i told him that i don't want to be in the religion anymore.
how can i politely and painlessly refuse?

Did you ever do something for this religion that now makes you shudder ?
by man in black inback in the early 80's right after i was married the main driving point i kept hearing at the meetings was "do more,,, pioneer ".. well being the young impressionable jw couple that we were, .
my wife is a speech therapist, so working pt was no problem, but i ended up working construction, cleaning carpets, and shoveling snow at all hours with the brothers, and i worked like a d*** fool at all hours.. funny how there was so much support for me to work with the witnesses, but once the decision was made work could be very iffy at times.. and the main thing that just causes me to cringe now is how so many of the witnesses in charge of the congregation thought that we did not need insurance, my wife had a policy with her school district, but my son and i did not.
granted medical expenses were not as bad then, but just the idea of thinking that we did not need it that god would watch over us just embarasses me to no end now.

Complete psychological manipulation.

No I don't. I'm just a nice person and was very social and nice with the elder that is talking to me most of the time over the phone to schedule visits between us over this. It's just difficult because we're all cool.

They have evidence against me and I agreed to the evidence being valid.

They asked to talk to me tomorrow, but I told them that this is overwhelming and to call me Tuesday instead.
They want to meet up.
How do I avoid this when one of the elders calls me again? They're pretty much trying to get me to repent by Friday or else I'll be disfellowshipped.
You know what? I don't mind being DF'd! Go ahead!
Now how do I just get them away so that way they can go ahead and do their deed?
I know that I'm "unrepentant" and I told one of the elders that I'm probably like that. I told him that I don't feel regret.

Get the elders to leave me alone!!
by bottleofwater inmy dad read something online that i posted and told the other elders (he's the boe coord.).
they've read me articles about homosexuality and tried to coerce me to stay with the family instead of living with my uncle for a week.
i went to my uncle's anyway.
