History proves that Christianity was branded and used as a weapon of war in direct opposition to Christ and everything he died for. Equating internet temper tantrums with the religious bloodshed of history is laughable.

I've lately been thinking the same thing.
A word of caution about this statement. The Watchtower wants to murder apostates. It's printed in their literature and has been discussed on this forum many times. You and your friends are deluded on this one. Christian's don't kill, they GET killed, keep that in mind. Christ fortold this before he was murdered. He knew that all his followers would all be rejected and then he'd make them into rulers (Matthew 24:45). The trick is finding real Christians, not counterfeit ones. We have "fled into the wilderness" of the internet for the most part. There are stragglers in organized religion, and they are running out of time. Which is why the atheists set up camp in the wilderness and wage war with us. It's fun, like a chess match. No bloodshed required. You should keep this in mind before you open that wide mouth of yours. I expect as much from Cofty, not from you.

Jgnat, Occam's Razor doesn't apply here. Cofty's behavior on this forum has been atrocious, there is no other way to describe it. Attributing it to anger is a generous appraisal. Anyone who has been through both the Witnesses and the Born Agains will need heavy therapy. Men don't like asking for directions.

Threads degenerating like this because of personal attacks sadden me greatly.
People who watch abuse are experiencing it with the abuser. I understand why it troubles you, but you need to keep an open mind as to who the infracting parties truly are. Thowing your hands up in the air and yelling at everybody to get along isn't productive in the least bit.

Wow, this thread took an interesting turn. Cofty, the burden of proof is on you with your accusation against strypes. If you don't have convincing evidence that strypes prayed for your death you shouldn't bring it up. That's how I see it.
Why is Christ the cornerstone? He was second, his dad set everything is motion and still only dad knows the day and the hour. Why wouldn't he be the cornerstone?

I never said I wanted you to die. If I remember correctly in my conversation with my born again friends I told them that I had to refrain from praying like king david in the psalms and calling down hell fire and brimstone on an enemy.
Strypes, cofty is your typical angry atheist. He is full of what I call "anti-Spirit" that gives a mean spirited gloss to anything he reads in Scripture. He can't give it any credit because of the hate that is within him regarding it. Cofty doesn't hate people, or God for that matter. He hates Scripture and wages war against it.
