now i am reading it from a completely different perspective.
"History's Worst Predictions and the People Who Made Them," by Eric Chalin. Yes, C. T. Russell made the cut (so did William Miller and Joseph Smith), though J. F. Rutherford and Nelson Barbour have only a brief mention in the Russell chapter, and Fred Franz is conspicuous by his absence--even though the author cites several doomsday dates from the Franz era.
