Raised as a witness married when I was 19 to someone who had been raised from the age of 10 as a witness. Divorced him after legally being married 4 years (actually only spent about 2 of those years together). I have two sons (so far, I'm currently pregnant with baby 3, hoping for a girl this time) and am married again to a wonderful man I've known most of my life. We had "dated" back in middle school (the secret double life of a preteen, lol) but broke up because he was Lutheran. We just recently had our 2 year wedding anniversary and have been together for 4 years this coming Thanksgiving. I have 5 siblings, which I'm happy to say NONE are witnesses. My younger sister was df'd when she was 16 (only a year after her baptism) and my eldest brother da'd himself, although not formally and the rest of us were blessed enough to either be denied for baptism or got out while the getting was good. ;)
