i am confused, which interpretation of the "olive oil and the wine" did the holy spirit give to the "faithfull slave"?

did the holy spirit forget to correct the reasoning book?

i think jesus and jehovah must be getting confused as to what they are currently teaching the fds, or maybe bethel hasn't paid the bill on that big red phone that jesus calls them on?

1000 Year Reign of Christ - A little help please

i have been looking at some of russell's charts and such and it is indicated that the millinial reign of christ would have begun in 1874 new understanding 1914..... .

does this mean that we are now living nearly a 100 years into the 1000 year reign?

i have reformatted the time line found on reexamine to be easier to read and follow, well, atleast for me... .

this is the one proving wtb&ts agrees with 587 date for fall of jerusalem by use of their own publications.

Need References for early 30-40 year generations - Please + other questions

i have been working on several charts to help explain things better and i need an early watchtower reference or book reference which shows the wt's teaching that a generation was 30 or 40 years.

any help is appreciated.

ps, if anyone knows how i might come about a copy of the watchtower book shelf cd-rom from reexamine.org i would be most appreciative.

i hope i don't go too long with this.... last night my wife and i were talking about her day in service.

we talked about several things of little consequence and then i made mention of a point out of the reasoning book to underscore the importance of our need to be well versed in the facts that support our beliefs.

said point is on 416 of the rs book.
