JoinedBorn into and raised as a third generation JW. Married a "worldly" guy who was converted into the "truth" by my father soon after we were married. My husband and I raised our children as JW, and then after 20 years my husband began to research the 607 thing and then the UN scandal on the internet (bad boy!). The elders offered us an ultimatum to either stop asking questions and not tell anyone about anything we knew or we'd be disfellowshipped for apostacy. So we handed them a one line letter of DA. It only took almost a year for me to tell my father, and now I am an outcast from my entire family of JWs. At least I have my husband and our children on our side. All of us left together :)
