From what I have been told it wasn't from the cross-dressing itself. I understand that the real reason he was terminated was because he had been embezzling company money to buy the women's clothes he used for this. Can someone please verify this? I don't want to spread any rumors without having facts to back it up. I could be wrong, though. Perhaps the stolen money was just used for tiaras and feather boas - not the hosiery.

Have you considered using the knowledge you have of banking to do something on your own, or perhaps joining some firm that supplies products (software, for example) to banks? I know that there is a lot of demand for banking support systems such as those which track commercial loan convenent compliance.

I checked in the index of the "Flock" book, but could not find where being "an asshole" by itself is grounds for disfellowshiping. If it were, I am sure that I would have been tossed out the door myself many times over, having been guilty of that very charge.

This reminds me of a resident of neighboring town who had a beef with the tax officials of that town, and took to covering his house with hand-written signs decrying one injustice after another, most of them replete with scriptural references. In time, his house came to look like a huge bottle of Dr. Bonner's Castle Soap.
The attraction to the Witnesses that this person has goes to show how the organization is like a beacon, not to truth-seekers but to the many odd ducks who just can't fit in and deal with normal society. They give him a rationalization for it, and some wonderful justification for a "me-vs-them" mentality.
