  NFL Pro Bowl should be in Hawai'i

  any nfl fans think the pro bowl shouldn't be before the superbowl and should definately not be in miami.. it was great where it was giving a little back to hawaiian nfl fans.

  Have you Been Shunned Even Though Just Considered " Inactive " ?

  many of us here on the board are " inactive" , myself included.

  have not attended meetings or gone out in service for years.

  i haven't now for 6 years + .

  2 years simply inactive and still lost a lifetime of friends.

  Even got kicked out of the Fantasy Baseball league I was in with a bunch of old witness buddies.

  My new 'worldly' friends are great though. They don't base their friendship on how many hours I have in service! They like me as a person and don't judge every one of my quirks.

  and the bible again was right.... all the ones who are familiarized, with the bible know about the nephilim.

  as related in the bible, these man of ancient times, apparently descenced from the heavens (they were angels), having been atracted by women on the earth....for that reason they took form of men, abandoning their original spiritual nature.

  that bible account, leaves many perplexed, which is very understandable, if you don t believe in god, but now archaeologist, have found rest of abnormal big skeletons....what at least make you think of the accuracy of the bible.. .

  How do you deal with forced time with old JW friends?

  i'm facing a bit of a dilemma and wondering how to deal with it.. my fade is as complete as i want to make it but i'm going on vacation and lifelong super jw friends are going to be where i am staying.. i'm wondering how some of you have dealt with this in the past.. do i simply and uncomfortably stay quiet about not attending, going to the meetings?.

  do i just matter of fact state that "yeah, i just haven't been going for a while"?.

  or do i play the sheepish, discouraged, distraught role?.

  Only problem with trying to steer the topic away is that they will have heard the rumours that my family has "left Jehovah" and it may not work. They care about us too much and truly believe I'm murdering my wife and kids... You all know what that's like.

  May be worth a try first though. Thx.

  I wish I could just transcend the whole situation but my mind is not free enough yet!
