A message to all of you going to Dallas and everyone else
by Celtic ini just wanted to say that i wish all of you the best possible time in dallas later this week, i hope you all thoroughly enjoy yourselves rekindling the friendships you've made online through this place.
i hold many of you now with a great deal of affection and respect and i really do love all of you.
all of you as individuals are such a very special group of people, and it has been a great privilege of mine, to meet your many acqaintances here.. life is such a prescious thing, it gives me great joy every day now that i am living and to know some of you as well as i do has been a tremendous sense of satisfaction and fun.

How Long did it take you to re-build?
by Scooby injust wondering how long it took/ is taking many of you to rebuild your lives and say goodbye to phobias, etc.?.
for those who grew up in the borg and don't have a point of reference to go back to....what have you done to create a new life free from that anguish to your mind?
did a new religion help or therapy?

9 years for me too, just over I have been out, the first few years were hell, sheer torment in my soul, after which, time healed and I met new genuine people who cared and showed me new perspectives. I love natural landscapes and often would take myself out on walks just .... to be, to be in my thoughts, to not feel shame for thinking the worst, to cry like a baby when I needed it, to just let the emotions flow through, over me, until eventually, a great recovery started taking shape. I also saw voluntarily a psychologist when I was at my most suicidal, which help, benefited vastly.
Today, pretty much so, I am happy and though I have the odd moments of melancholy, I reckon I've become quite level headed anmd very positive on the whole.
May peace always be your companion and friend.

Hmmmmmmm the only thing that puts me off is that your town is called Weston Super Mare, whoever came up with that name for a town needs their head looking into, I mean, It's not with pride you can say, 'Hey, I've been to WSM today', you certainly don't expect your mates to enthuse, 'Hey!! thats way cool', even Birmingham sounds better.
This is the only thing that puts me off, the name of the place.

From one who left the jw's and took much lsd, mushrooms and a lot more besides, you really do not need this rubbish in your system, stay far from it all, in the end it will do you absolutely no good whatsoever and in fact used stupidly, recreationally could really mess potentially with your mind. Same with pot smoking, you want anxiety or depression or psychosis, smoke pot, but not for me thanks.

does anyone know where i can get a quotation for a full shipping container from vancouver island to the nearest uk container port preferably cardiff in wales, or do you have any idea how much this might be and how long a full container might take to cover that distance?.
i understand that upon the shores of vancouver island you have millions of tons of driftwood coating your shorelines, many of these peices wonderfully sculptured by wind and salt water.
