Outlaw,
This is insanely funny. Pseudoscholar is so sure of Furuli's so-called expertise that when asked to explain he admits he can not.

Pseudoscholar said: The Bible alone disproves the chronology based on this document but as research moves ever so slowly then I will continue to do what and when it pleases me not you.
scholar JW
My reply: Wow some big words for a little boy. Of course a lie is in their as well...as the Bible supports 586/7 as the date for Jerusalem's destruction, and 607 does not work. Go back to the drawing board Neil.

Why did the WTS stop having the rank and file pay for magazines? (1990)
by Joliette inwe had our po visit this week, and he was telling us about how the rank and file had to stop paying for their magazine.
why and how did this come about (i was born in 1983) so by the time i could get to the literature counter, everything (at least i thought when i was kid) was free.. .
was more of an emphasis put on voluntary donating?.

I have for many years proven the reality of the Babylonian Gap by means of Bible Chronology.
My reply:
You certainly have not. You have been refuted over and over again. Remember AlanF? LOL
The rest of your words are just empty babble and not worth addressing.
586/587 is when Jerusalem fell pseudcoscholar, mere insistance won't change it.

booby, you are correct...that is why I worded it as I did and put question marks after it...I remember the change and being told how to word it...even the suggestion of taking contributions and putting it into an envelope in front of the householder to show it is going to the worldwide work. But most I noticed were too shy to ask in the rare event someone took the lit.

No plate is passed, but there are contribution boxes quite visible...as well as a monthly accounts report, lit stressing the need to contribute and conventions/assemblies asking in roundabout ways for money.

joliette...if you go to caselaw.com and search for the Swaggart case you would find in the case that the WT filed an amicus curei with the court...which is basically the org giving their opinion hoping to sway the courts decision...it is a matter of public record. You can also google Swaggart watchtower and get an array of info.
