JoinedI was raised as a JW - at 20 I decided I had conformed enough! So I left Sydney & the JW's. Started fresh in Melbourne & have never looked back... well maybe one day I'd like to live in Sydney again. :-) I am now 28, married & have a little girl. I have am still 'allowed' to associate with my family - but that is mostly because I was very calculated in the way I left also being in a different State/City has helped.
