JoinedFormer Jehovah's Witness from the age of 5 (with a couple of breaks) until the age of 29. Have recently completed doctorate on Christian fundamentalism and Jehovah's Witnesses. I'm originally from British Columbia Canada but now live in Adelaide, South Australia. I am a university lecturer and a peaceful Buddhist:) I'm also grateful to have FINALLY, after 10 years, worked out my issues with being an EXDub. Its always there and you realise that there is a particular way you view the world, but when you are aware of it you can work to subvert it. And hey the Borg got me a PhD...(grin). Wouldn't that rot their socks!!??!! :) Its always good when you can take something painful and turn it into something worthwhile. Cheers
