  I didn't say it was racial. I said it was about an out of control officer as well. Here is the kicker. It's admitted the officer was way out of line but it is as if justice wasn't done and his resignation was unnecessary. Somehow people want to make excuses for him.

  there is a reason there is a general disrespect for authority in this country. The police have a history of abuse in this country. Cellphones are capturing it now and it's being brought into the forefront as it should be.

  police also have to respect authority. Many of them do not so they must pay. I like the full story as well but honestly the fact that there was criminal activity has nothing to do with a police officer overreacting.

  im not being comparative here by the way

  It doesn't matter where it comes from. It was just apparent that there was an agenda there.

  The point of his story is not wether they come from section 8 or are black. Doesn't matter if they were there illegally. The point of the story is the out of control officer. The other officers did their job. Everything else is background noise used to distract people from the issue.

  due to some recent developments i find myself in a new place, and at this point i've lost all of my family and fri....oh that's right, i never really had any friends in the organization anyway.

  just people that wanted something from me and a few people that i would invite to do things that occasionally said yes.

  the recent rejections of me got me thinking, so let's take a rejection inventory.. i had to reject all of the holidays when my parents started studying.. i had to reject any worldly friends that i already had.. even family became rejected, and the new religion had some place in that.. i was rejected in school and bullied all of the time, not just because we were poor and i made good grades, but for jw reasons too.

  The article gives background on the event. However the issue here is the officer was still unprofessional.

  Lets say all the kids come from section 8 housing to sell drugs and they were grabbing people and injecting them with meth.

  The fact remains the officer still acted unprofessionally and outside of he training guidelines.

  It's like the situation are the guy leads officer on a case after a robbery. The officers get him down off the horse and beat the man. People think that because he led the police in a base it gives them the right to beat him.

  regardless of what the article states the officer overreacted.

  You sound kinda sour. Your response is that of someone that is angry things didn't go your way.

  You should now be upset with the police chief. I don't feel better. He will probably go home with his Napoleonic and beat his wife. I am however happy that the tyrant is no longer an officer of the law. He must be a man of no character if he feels he was right and steps away anyway. If he believes really was in the wrong then good for him.

  You specifically said,"I'll wait to hear a more comprehensive report based on multiple perspectives to the whole incident."

  Now you have that. Your perspective will not change. The young man who filmed it who is white said he thought it was racially motivated. The older black resident said it wasn't. Race is off the table. The officer acted inappropriately and against the training guidelines. He is done. Let us hope his wife or his dog will not be his next target...

  Well Marvin it appears that the police chief agrees that everything the Napoleon did was unprofessional. So maybe you should take this up with him.

  ""Our policies, our training, our practice, do not support his actions," Police Chief Greg Conley said. "He came into the call out of control, and as the video shows, was out of control during the incident.""

  Seems like the police chief who is an actual officer agrees with me. Sorry Bro.....

  Amazing that even the person who committed the foolish act realizes his stupidity. His fellow men in blue and his superiors. I am sure many will spin this off as he did it because of pressure but it is obvious he did so many things wrong. Just because you admit a white police officer did something extremely unprofessional to someone does not mean you are admitting to being on the side of a racial divide
