  my e-mail account has been compromised.

  as a result, i am no longer getting any e-mail or even junk mail ... so someone is re-directing all my e-mail.

  also, some of my e-mail are missing, especially in certain sensitive files.

  Ponderings on the 'refreshing highlight' of tonight's meeting

  the refreshing highlight in their opinion that "[jehovah's witnesses] are free from the snare of the pagan traditions of today's holidays".

  the talk was of course about christmas.

  i find it amusing how many times they mention pagans or paganism at the meetings, considering neither word is found in the nwt.

  jw's applied for city rezoning in order to build a six building, 1,000 unit residential complex at 85 jay st. but the folks in that neighborhood don't want it.

  "dumbo neighborhood association president nancy webster says the jehovah's witnesses' residential rezoning in brooklyn poses a threat to the area's development.".

  Hidden Images in the JW Publications

  i am a disfellowshipped brother and have never had a problem with the organization's doctrines.

  i am, however, deeply disturbed at the undeniable use of hidden or subliminal images in the illustrations of the wt publications.

  there are so many that it cannot be interpreted as anything other than a deliberate pattern.

  I have once or twice seen odd images, 1 I remember looked like a human skull in the picture, but propably was a picture of a person peeping behind a curtain, the way the WT publications R printed may B the cause of that 1.
