Liverpool are the better team, no question, but the CL final will be a one-off.
We've got some very good players - Son, Moura, Eriksen and Alli - who, at their best, are capable of scaring the shit out of Liverpool.
It's anyone's final.
f**kin yeah - get in!!.
spurs came back from 2-0 on the night and 3-0 on aggregate to win the second leg against ajax 3-2, going through to the final on away goals.. lucas moura completed his hat-trick and scored the winner in the 5th minute of stoppage time.
well done to the manager and all the players for never giving up.. #coys .

so i just finished watching the latest cedars video on spanking children.
i like lloyd, and think that overall he does a good job covering issues in his videos.
but i've gotta disagree with him on this issue, to a point.. i don't agree with beating your children, but i do believe in spanking, when appropriate.
There are all sorts of punishments you can use - yes, that's true.
Denial of privileges - no TV, games, after-school sports etc. With little children being made to sit apart from the family for a while 'the naughty step' can be effective - all these examples you give are good. A short sharp smack with the open hand to the kid's hand, legs or bottom is understandable and ok under some circumstances, as long as it's not excessive.
In the UK it is illegal to smack using any implement or to use your hand in such a way as to leave a mark - this is good.
In Scotland the legal defence of 'reasonable chastisement' is set to be removed this year making smacking illegal - All smacking to be banned in Scotland? This is illiberal and ridiculous.

for those claiming that you were hit and it was okay because it taught you a lesson, is that the only way you could have been stopped from that course of action? - hmm, don't know.
It's good to reason with kids if you can.
But what happens if they won't be reasoned with?
Another issue in this thread seems to be re the meaning of words like smacking, spanking and beating.
I feel that, under some circumstances, a short sharp smack (done with an open hand) on the arm, back of legs or bottom is understandable. Corporal punishment for children is criminalised in Sweden, I believe. I'm not sure about the legal status of it in the UK.
Prosecuting a parent for smacking their own child on the bottom/back of legs sounds ridiculous to me, unless excessive force or striking with the fist, etc, were used.
you mean with these influential rabbis' hate and contempt of goyim ? - whether rabbis hate and have contempt for goyim is neither here nor there ... because bigoted rabbis aren't slaughtering goyim simply because they're goyim.
Hopefully, one day, you'll awake from the fog of your craziness and understand.

Hi IM.
I agree with some of your points but I also agree with some of Cofty's points.
Generally speaking, I tend to agree with Cofty - there are usually other, better ways of disciplining kids most of the time.
If a kid was about to do something dangerous, then I tend to agree with you - a good wack is understandable under the circumstances.
I know, I've been on the receiving end of this. When I was a young kid aged about 3 or 4, I went to walk into a busy road and my mum yanked me back on the pavement (sidewalk) and gave a good smack.
I turned out reasonably ok.
snippets of two talks by co at ca and during his visit to a congregation in ohio.
fear mongering at it's best.
has anyone else heard their co say the same nonsense?.
Anyone remember this gem: 'Armageddon isn't around the corner, it's staring us in the face!'
I remember it from more than 20 years ago.
stay alive 'till '75.. - yep, 2075. XD
It doesn't matter whether the Nazis killed 5 million or 6 million Jews.
Innocent Jewish civilians were slaughtered on an industrial scale in Nazi Germany. Fact.
Hitler and other high-ranking Nazis spoke of The Final Solution and wanted to kill all Jews, if they could.
Holocaust Memorial Day is a reasonable thing to have, given what happened to European Jewry in the 30s and 40s.

Shapiro has said more than once that he wouldn't go to a Jew/ non-Jew wedding.
Ahh. Religious bigotry at its finest.
But yet let's promote him on THIS forum? - Ok, so Shapiro said that and it's bigoted.
But Terry posted a youtube vid of something different, of Shapiro, Rubin and Peterson debating something else.
This forum does not promote Shapiro's bigotry. Get a grip, ffs.
with people on the religious right ( like Shapiro) who would put us back into the dark ages - Shapiro wouldn't put us back to the dark ages. He doesn't want his religious beliefs made law.
These idiots would dismantle Ruben’s whole life, if they could - Shapiro and Peterson would make same-sex marriage illegal? Shapiro and Peterson would make homosexuality illegal? Where are you getting this crap from?
hofstra students in new york have gotten together to rid the campus of a statue of thomas jefferson because he was a racist slave owner.
i’m sure people hate many of the founding fathers because of their histories.
we need to get rid of any reminder of our sordid past.
why aren't these students going to other countries where slavery is ongoing today - the mind boggles.
Here's some info about Mauritania. It's a country in the Maghreb (Arabized north west Africa).
Slavery was officially banned in 2007. This means that there are people in Mauritania alive today that are freed slaves ... in the 21st century.
Although nominally abolished in 1981, it was not illegal to own slaves until 2007 ... Only one person, Oumoulmoumnine Mint Bakar Vall, has been prosecuted for owning slaves and she was sentenced to six months in jail in January 2011.[77] In 2012, it was estimated that 10% to 20% of the population of Mauritania (between 340,000 and 680,000 people) live in slavery.[78] (1)
The Haratin people make up 34 - 40% of Mauritania's population. They have at least some sub-Saharan ancestry, apparently.
The word Haratin has been traced to two roots. The first root is from haratine, the Arabic word for "plowmen".[2] The second etymology is based from the Berber word ahardan referring to skin color, more specifically "dark color".[8] (2)
From what I gather, there are three tiers to Mauritanian society. There's the Moor tier (Arab-Berber); there's the Haratin; and then there's the darkest people made up exclusively of West African origin - Soninke, Pulaar, Wolof, etc.
[Ethnic groups] black Moors (Haratines - Arab-speaking slaves, former slaves, and their descendants of African origin, enslaved by white Moors) 40%, white Moors (of Arab-Berber descent, known as Beydane) 30%, sub-Saharan Mauritanians (non-Arabic speaking, largely resident in or originating from the Senegal River Valley, including Halpulaar, Fulani, Soninke, Wolof, and Bambara ethnic groups) 30% (3)
We never hear about this, do we?
