I want to view some videos. I need a flash player plugin to view them. I went to Macromedia, downloaded Flash Player 7. I got the "confirmation" video that plays on screen after the download is complete. However, when I back to the original site where the videos are stored, it still says that I am missing a flash player.
How do I correct this? My browser is IE 6.0 Windows 98
did you restart the computer after the download?
yes. I also refreshed the browser control + F5
On Macromedia 7, do you have it set to play the type of video you are trying to download as default? Or how about downloading it and saving to your desktop, then rightclicking and under properties changing the program it opens with to Maromedia flash player 7?
