got my first five pieces back from pottery yesterday. yay. very exciting.
went to a board game clubs meeting last night, totally fun. yay.
am joining a neighborhood tennis club, yay.
so much life, when you are living it seems you have less time to dwell on your troubles. easy to say, difficult to get yourself

thanks all. i made two small bowls with odd shaped openings, i made a kinda collapsed rhomboid shaped box. i made a moebius strip and a made a kind o flying saucer shaped object with a small hole in the top and a kind of peg to put in the hole.
sat. i make five new bowls like will all be raku fired. very excited.
i have a unusual shaped platter, a small bowl, a big bowl with pushed in top and an offset goblet coming up next.
my last piece of this first series it gonna be made up of lots of smaller pieces. I want it to be a very Suesslike thingamabob
we played King Me, which i am going to buy it was so fun
we played Diamant, which was very fun
and we played Volcanoes, an abstract strategy game.
i also worked on painting my yard birds, that I will take a picture of and bought frames for the black and white pics I want to display. and i bought a bunch of small wooden figures and copper paint. i am going to paint all different kinds of shape and throw them out into my pine bark nuggets to add a bright color and some fun to it.

Aw ((( Joel ))) I'm so glad you're having good days. Guess what? You can remember how these feel when you have a bad one crop up. It helps alot.
The pottery sounds great! I want to learn to do home fired w/out a kiln.
