This reminds me of the TV programme a few years ago of the same title, did anyone see it?
On one episode they dealt with a couple of disfellowshipped Witnesses who told their stories of shunning, it was a fantastic programme and I'm sure it was a good anti witness for many people.

There was one part I found hilarious - the first interviewee (the old lady) comparing the sudden realisation that she wasn't a Catholic with having an orgasm.
Hmm, can't say that was my experience - wonder if I should rejoin and leave again to check I got it right...
