    The ultimate obedience

'Jehovah has our best interests at heart'There are four reasons why Jehovah God, is the one to whom humans should be obedient, declared Alison Dean, who gave the main public discourse entitled "To Whom Does our Obedience belong?" at the final day of the three-day "Godly Obedience District Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses, on Sunday afternoon."

"Without Jehovah, we won't be existing," said Mr. Dean who serves as a minister in the Jehovah's Witnesses Bahamas Branch office. "He (Jehovah) is the creator and sovereign and as the Bible book of Revelation 4:11 states, he deserves our obedience; His creatorship entitles Him to our obedience and worship."

The second reason why humans' obedience should belong to God said Mr. Dean, is because "Jehovah is the sustainer of life on earth. All living systems are provisions from Jehovah. Obedience is one way to show thankfulness for sustaining our lives."

The third reason why humans owe their obedience to God is because He "is a God of matchless qualities," he said. "He loves us (according to 1 John 5:3) and such love has been expressed by telling us to do things to benefit ourselves.

The fourth reason is that "Jehovah has our best interests at heart," said Mr. Dean.

"The Bible book of Isaiah 48:17-18 explains that he is helping us to benefit ourselves. Surely that is the kind of person we would want to worship and as Deuteronomy 4:5,6 states, obeying Jehovah is the sensible thing to do."

While many persons today may not feel that they owe their obedience to God, Mr. Dean stated the Bible indicates that in the very near future, God will command the obedience of all through his Son, Jesus Christ who has been granted power by God as the Messianic King of God's Kingdom to rule over the earth. Referring to the prophetic book Daniel at chapter 7 and verses 13 and 14, Mr. Dean said that according to Bible prophecy "Jesus Christ since 1914, has been glorified and reigning in heaven and has been given (the power to command) the unquestioned obedience of mankind."

He cites three reasons why Jesus has been entrusted with kingly power and that human's can trust him: Firstly, Jesus is the finest example of unquestioned obedience to his father Jehovah, obeying him to the point of death, thereby providing the ransom price for mankind's sin. Would any earthly ruler sacrifice himself?" "Mr. Dean asked.

Secondly, as stated at Matthew chapter 28:18 Jesus relates how Jehovah has delegated to him "all authority in heaven and on earth." "If Jehovah trusts Jesus we certainly can," he said.

A third reason why Jesus will be the ideal ruler of the earth is because he never abused his God-given power and authority when he came to the earth some 2000 years ago. "That is the kind of ruler we yearn for and what Jesus will be," said Mr. Dean, as he urged the large crowd attending the convention "to submit yourselves to the now reigning Jesus Christ, to whom our obedience belong."

The final of four District Conventions was held on Saturday and Sunday in the Creole language for the benefit of the French/Creole congregation and the many Haitian residents in The Bahamas. A total of 3,220 persons attended the conventions held, the first in Freeport, Grand Bahama and other three in Nassau. A total of 22 persons were ordained as new ministers after being baptised at a local beach.

Why didn't he concluded with, "The conclusion of the matter, everything being heard heard, is: Fear the true God and keep his commandments. For this is the whole obligation of man. For the true God himself will bring every sort of of work into the judgment in relation to every hidden thing, as to whether it is good or bad." Eccl.12:13,14

Jehovah's Witnesses Millerite mutation right down to the very month. Always do a regression analysis just where did 1914 come from? Time sneered that it was a "Great Disappointment." Nevertheless, millennial expectations persisted, leading to Seventh-day Adventism and the Jehovah's Witnesses .. Read from this newspaper article: The problem with Millennialism Naples Daily News, FL In 19th-century America the preacher William Miller was persuaded that the Second Coming of Christ would take place on the night of Oct. 22, 1844. When Jesus failed to keep that date, newspapers of the time sneered that it was a "Great Disappointment." Nevertheless, millennial expectations persisted, leading to Seventh-day Adventism and the Jehovah's Witnesses."--------------
There you have it folks backup confirmation that Jehovah's Witnesses are "mutated millerites" a spinoff of second adventist. LOOK and open your eyes!! Why even the "Armageddon will come in month of October" false prophecy time line comes from William Miller a civil war army captain. Growing up born a JW I have heard/read that Armaggedon will come in "October" at least a hundred times,(World War one started and Satan cast out in "October") There is nothing that made me gasp in horror of all WT/JW falsehoods more then this finding that it all came from the Millerite movement! Yes,the "great disappointment" of Oct 22 1844 has never falted... it lives on in the Seventh day Adventist (who admit it) AND the Jehovah's Witnesses who deny it Must see video clip http://www.dannyhaszard.com/cultvideos.htm
