Meh. Not as bad as Canada.
A women was recently convicted of murder and given a "life" sentence. Unfortuantely, "life" in Canada means 25 year, only 7 of which are served in prison, but the rest are on parole.
Now, her lawyer has issued an appeal saying the term was "excessive."
