1. Jehovah's Witnesses are better, more loving, etc. than non Jehovah's Witnesses.
How to overcome:
Easy. Meet non Jehovah's Witnesses and interact with them, do business with them, socialize with them. You soon find out this is simply a fabrication.
2. Everything the Watchtower says is true.
How to overcome:
Easy. Do research from a number of different sources. Find information provided by people who are not supporting an agenda but simply trying to establish fact. (ie. 607)
3. You are bad. Only supporting Jehovah (the society) will you be saved.
How to overcome:
Easy. Get to know other people's life stories. Do research on psychology and sociology and history. You will find out that you aren't bad, in fact 99.9% of the people in the world aren't simply "bad". They are reacting to genetic and sociological factors that have affected them their entire lives. Just like you.
4. There is a specific way things should be.
How to overcome:
Not so easy: Try to learn to accept things as they come up day to day. Deal with them as best as you can. Determine a moral path for yourself but don't let yourself get walked over.
You cannot change the world, but you can change your world.
