Define what it is that you want in a mate. Don't take your love interest and create a definition around that person. It won't work!!! Once you determine what it is you want, seek God out and believe that He will send you to that person or vice-versa.

its not so much what im looking for in a mate...i just want to...ya know..get to know a certain person..not really mate with her dude...

Go for it! That is the only way to find out if she dig's you or not. Don't ever force any thing that shouldn't be. From experience, having a best friend that is a girl can tell you a lot about what they are looking for in a guy. Pay attention to the girls. They know other girls and if you are not to big of a dork they will often find ways of helping you meet those other girls. But above all know what you are looking for!
