It's showing that it's not a singular you. It's a plural (more than one) YOU.

The explanation is in the Introduction of full and reference versions if you have a copy and it isn't "ALWAYS" printed this way. Here is the explanation from the source:
Second Person Plurals: Where "YOU" is printed in small capital letters, it shows tht the pronoun is plural. Also, where the plural number of a verb is not apparent, its plurality is indicated by pinting it in small capital letters. If the context already clearly indicates plurality, thn no special capitalization is used.
