my experience was similar to those I read afterwards... when I died in my last life I did not know I was dead until I met other dead people who clued me in
the transition was not noticeble other than there was no pain from the bullet hole in my neck...I did feel the blood pulsing out though.
then I fell back and stared at the sky for a while until I got bored waiting for something to happen...so I just got up and started walking.
I came to a place that was modelled after where I started but when I got to a room with a window I saw a city that was not familiar to me.
