It was spooky how much these guys remind me of the witnesses. The video I watched was at the bottom left of the page. Im interested in hearing what our scholars think about this dudes interpretation, particularly narkissos and Leolia.
I havent been so bored watching somebody speak since the last meeting I went to.

Ya... It's the Worldwide Church of God. It's a cult started by Rev. Armstrong.
One of my husband's co-workers was raised in that religion. Some of the stories he used to say sounded very similiar with what it's like to be raised as a jw. They are very apocalyptic in their teachings and hold to strict dietary laws. (no shellfish, no pork, etc,.)
One thing cults seem to have in common is control over your life. He told me that he would sneak to watch X-files because that was a holy day (sabbath). I remember sneaking to watch Smurfs! Did you know that they were demonic! hahaha

Only one problem... those trying to make sense out of "kingdoms", "nations" etc. do so literally. Dominion over the kings of the earth, need not be a temporal dominion.

GBL, that site is affiliated with the SDA (seven day adventist). I checked their links and found the part about worshiping on saturday not on sunday. In my research, they are very simular in their strict teachings like the JW.
