    That's what paul said:1Cor.5:5. Healso mentions Satan about 10 other times in his letters to the congregations.Question,did Paul ever have an encounter with Satan? How does he know that Satan exists, other than reading about it in his upbringing.

    He heard about demons and how they like humans, and if not humans, pigs will do. The only trouble with pigs, they haven't learned how to drive them down the road and they run off cliffs.

    Good point Blueblades. Satan wasn't discussed in the OT other than a few obscure passages that tell little of him. The only knowledge Paul would have had of him would be through the instruction of fellow believers such as Peter and James. Defenders of the bible would reason these ones that learned from Jesus himself...imparted it to Paul.

    Nobody has ever had an encounter with Satan, nor with God. Anyway I haven't seen solid proof on it and I'm sure I never will.
