Why are so many old old topics being revived? like 4 and 5 yrs old.. is there conspiracy of something going on.. we are supposed to "get"?

I don't think there anything odd Sass...just lots of new people bringing stuff back up...some naughtier than others, but no conspiracy....as far as you know..
