The million dollar figure for the litigation sounds about right. No out-of-court settlements, of course. We want the record to document a very long string of such distortions.

I was stunned to see the number of responses to this ....
For the record and because I don't like anything to get started that ain't so I would like to state this ---- Unless I am missing something - there is no official lawsuit going on nor am I in the process of planning one. Non of my actions involve my own personal "tort" seeing I have not been personnally "wronged" by this publishing corporation.
I have yet to talk via Email with Max this morning but I believe Max wanted to get my attention and he was making a joke up. I don't know what else to say until I talk to Max.
I believe we do have something to discuss with respect to Professor Frank Gorman as most on the board know what I have done.
I am hoping, that shortly, I will have something on this subject that will assist the JW community on this issue.
