Indeed! When you get past the childish "intellectualism" of believers (we all had it) and really learn how to think logically then the position of god become very silly.

"Totally selfish. We have to spend our lives on our knees thanking him?" I've thought about that a lot. We are supposed to spend our lives in constant praise and appreciation of him. Think about prayers offered at JW meetings. They're full of expressions of extreme praise. It would be different if we at least had proof that he exists and earth's history weren't so full of horrific suffering, misery, violence, & injustice. -
