We watched this last night from bed, and both fell asleep before it ended.
Did anyone see the ending? Who was killing those women,....................and WHY? He was one sicko.

It was the the russian woman's sponsor family's husband. He was a doctor and he was doing an experiment of locking themselves in their own body. The first two women died and were failures. They found a third one still alive, on a ventilator. Fully conscious but paralysed from the eyes down. He was trying to be god.

Why did the woman in the coma recognize the man who owned the house?

It was originally aired as the first regular episode on September 22, 2004 Tittle "Blink"
The plot for this episode is almost identical to the Mark Gillingham novel, "Sleepyhead."
