True or False?
True. It's the WTB&TS that make the rules, not JWs. They just follow them.
For those of you that know this statement is false, just point your local elder to http://www.jw-media.org/beliefs/membership.htm the next time you are told that you must shave that beard before giving any talks or handling the mic's. (or you can fill in whatever for the beard)
Conscience
Jehovah's Witnesses avoid making rules and regulations beyond those provided in the Scriptures, and they do not follow traditions that contradict Bible teachings. Emphasis is placed on personal application of Bible principles and the value of a sound, Bible-based conscience.?Matthew 15:9; 2 Corinthians 1:24.
Oh, goodie! I guess we can take blood now.
