My finace's sister is getting married soon. We are not invited to the reception. He doesn't know if it is worth the flight for a 15 min. ceremony. Do we go?

Well i can only tell you what i would do and no way would i wast my time going to a place that i am not wanted . Obviously family in not important to them unless it is their standards so live your own and be happy.

To me it would depend on if I liked the city I'd be flying to and could use it as a little holiday, the 15 minute ceremony notwithstanding. If it's not a place I'd want to go, not really worth the bother and expense.
However, if money isn't an option, and some good may come from it family wise, might be an idea.
I guess it depends on how you weigh the pros and cons.
