| Although preliminary results of the autopsy have not been released, officials said foul play was involved. "He was shot one time in the back of the head," said Detective Adam Eubanks. It generally takes up to two weeks for officials to get preliminary results of an autopsy, the investigator said. Eubanks said the projectile found from the gun was sent to the lab to identify what type of weapon was involved. As of yet, officials say they don't have a suspect and aren't sure what the motive may be. "It doesn't look like a robbery ... but we can't rule it out," Eubanks explained. Funeral services for the 39-year-old victim were held Saturday at Kingdom Hall with Elder William Taylor officiating. Burial was in Pleasantview Cemetery. |
